The renowned Irish stout producers, Guinness, has decided to open a taproom in Chicago. The company has announced that the new taproom is going to open up in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighbourhood. The delicious stouts will be imported from Ireland, and the taproom will be able to seat 300 guests, both indoor and outdoor included. The taproom is all set to open in 2023.
With the latest taproom in Chicago, Guinness will officially launch its second taproom in the USA. Another one was previously opened in the city of Baltimore back in 2018. One of its best features is that the taproom will not only entertain guests with beers in its premises, but will also allow guests to take beers home.
Guinness is looking forward to opening the taproom just in time for St. Patrick’s Day 2023. Chicago’s great heritage, and history will be the perfect setup for this all new taproom.
The taproom in Chicago is going to have a mix of food offers, which includes Irish, and local favourites. In its Baltimore venue, Guinness has a food truck serving great food, such as ribs, and pretzels. It used to have a full-service restaurant before the pandemic, but that has changed since the outbreak of the coronavirus last year.
The Guinness dry stout goes dates back to 1759 in Dublin, Ireland. The historic stout brand is one of the favourites, and widely sold across the world.
